HOW TO TAKE A CORRECT SCREEN SHOT FOR COMPLAINTS
1. When you take a screen shot for a complaint make sure it is fill screen at the example above shows
3. The eaisest way to take a screen shot is to hit the print screen button, then open Paint and paste it there.
3. Make sure where possible you save it as a jpg file where possible instead of a bmp file which is much bigger, if you have any questions please as a Admin
